About
With over 20 years of design experience, I am passionate about design systems and developing creative solutions that meet both user and business needs. My high level of UX and UI craft combined with systems thinking enables me to develop thoughtful, scalable design solutions.
Making complex information understandable is one of the challenges that most invigorates me, and I am particularly excited by multifaceted design projects that require a high level of problem solving.
I am driven to understand diverse user needs and translate them into compelling solutions that work for all users. I particularly value designing for underrepresented groups, making tangible changes that positively impact end users.
I value collaboration and value learning and growth, and I thrive as part of a strategically-focused, cross-functional team. I want to work on a team that values inclusivity and transparency.
Outside of work, you might find me playing complex tabletop games and solving jigsaw puzzles, creating music, gardening, and reading.
